Airspeed is about flying. It’s a place where pilots and student pilots can find handy mnemonics and tips.

You probably got here via a web search. The idea is to have these up where search engines can locate them. Right now the plan is to make it that kind of resource rather than a really active blog.

  1. just amazing that my blog about Bruce (Cunningham) champ aviator somehow brought your reader(s) to my site (Jacquiephelan.com)
    Bruce told me about VFR, and how if ONLY John-john (Kennedy–whom we’d spent a week with in Baja, in kayaks 20 years ago) had been less ‘famous’ (and thus permitted to use a plane he barely knew how to fly) he wouldn’t have had to perish in the fog…
